Terms of use
Last updated:
These terms govern the use of the RG Systems website. By browsing it you accept these conditions; if you do not agree, please do not use it.
1. Who we are
RG Systems is a software development company based in Panama. You can reach us at ronald.gordon@rgsyst.com or on WhatsApp at +507 6422-9315.
2. Use of the site
You may use the site to learn about our services and contact us. You may not:
- Use it for illegal purposes or to send false information or third-party information without authorization.
- Try to access its systems without permission, alter them or affect how they work.
- Copy or extract its content in bulk or by automated means for commercial reuse.
3. Informational content
The information on the site describes our services and the way we work, but it is not a binding offer. The scope, timeline and price of each project are agreed in writing with each client before work starts.
System screenshots show sample data, and the figures in the case studies belong to specific projects: the result at your company will depend on your operation.
4. Intellectual property
The texts, design, illustrations, logo and the RG Systems brand belong to RG Systems. You may not reproduce or use them without our written permission.
Client logos and third-party brands shown on the site belong to their respective owners and are shown for reference only.
Ownership of the software, the system blueprint and the documents we develop for a client is defined in each project’s contract, not in these terms.
5. Links to other sites
The site includes links to third-party services such as WhatsApp or LinkedIn. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your data; we recommend reading their own terms.
6. Liability
We do our best to keep the site available and its information accurate, but there may be interruptions or errors. To the extent permitted by law, RG Systems is not liable for damages arising from the use of the site or from decisions made solely on the basis of its content.
7. Privacy
How we handle your personal data is explained in our privacy policy.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Panama City, unless the law provides otherwise.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its last updated date.
